My Wellness Journey
Yoga and Reiki found me at a time when I needed stillness most. What started as a physical practice became a path — a way of meeting myself honestly on the mat and off it.
I’m a trained yoga practitioner and Reiki practitioner. My sessions blend movement, breath, energy work, and mindfulness to help you find balance in a busy world.
My Philosophy
I believe wellness isn’t a destination — it’s a daily practice. You don’t have to be flexible to do yoga. You don’t have to be spiritual to benefit from Reiki. You just have to be willing to show up.
